Re: America and Russia~
Ivan laughed a little, leaning back slightly. "Her name was Liya. She was a year younger than me, and she was very cute. I believe I was… eight or seven at the time. Anyway, like I said she was very cute and had brown hair and blue eyes. We would play together a lot, and one time I gave her some handpicked chamomile."

"D-Da, I suppose so!" Ivan smiled, taking a sip of milk. "Well, one day I finally told her that I liked her, but she said 'Sorry, I only like you as a friend!'" He pouted, taking another, bigger sip of milk. "...And then her family and her moved to Britain a year later."
Re: America and Russia~
Ivan blushed, smiling a little. "Ah, n-nyet, I don't really think I'm anyone's type…"
Re: America and Russia~
"Haha, are you kidding? I'm pretty sure Yao already has a thing for you. And then you've got your brother and your sister, and if all else fails, there's always Francis! Everyone is his type." He grinned.
Re: America and Russia~
"W-Well, Aleks and Natalia were a given," Ivan shivered. "And I would prefer to be with someone who doesn't have a high risk of carrying any AIDs or other STDs." Ivan paused to finish off his milk, a small blush tinting his cheeks. "But Yao-Yao? Really? What makes you say that?"
Re: America and Russia~
Alfred rolled his eyes. "Oh, come on. He's been all over you right from the beginning."
Re: America and Russia~
"I-I thought he was just being friendly!" Ivan could feel his cheeks heating up even more.
Re: America and Russia~
"I-I'm going to put my plate away!" Ivan quickly stood up, nearly knocking his tray over in the process. He blushed, grabbing his empty milk carton and his platter and silverware, rushing over to the kitchen window to drop everything off and throw his carton away.
Re: America and Russia~
"Oh, I'll come with you!" Alfred followed after Ivan with his own tray, trying not to laugh.
Re: America and Russia~
Welp, there went his evasive maneuver. He blushed once again, squirming a little as he faced Alfred. "W-What proof do you have?"
Re: America and Russia~
Alfred shrugged. "I thought it was pretty obvious. Anyways, why are you getting so flustered about it? ...D'you like him back?"
Re: America and Russia~
"N-Nyet! Well, nyet, I m-mean... h-he's really cute, da, but..." Ivan covered his cheeks with his hands, rubbing them quickly. "I guess he isn't really falling into my..." the Russian struggled, looking for the word, so he moved his hands, as if trying to grasp the word from the air. "...ideal?"
Re: America and Russia~
He flushed. "W-Well, in some parts, he is, like being a family-oriented person. But other things, he does not."
Re: America and Russia~
"O-Only if you tell me yours, too..." Ivan walked with Alfred back to their table.
Re: America and Russia~
"That narrows it down to half of the world's population, children included." Ivan rolled his eyes, his flush finally starting to go away. "There has to be more that you like, da?"
...At least, he hoped. Otherwise he'd feel silly telling Alfred everything that he looked for in another person.

Re: America and Russia~
Alfred shrugged. "I guess so... I mean, it's not like I think that many people are cute. But I don't really know what it is that makes them cute to me... they just are. Anyway, what about you?"
Re: America and Russia~
"W-Well, like I said, I like a family-oriented person. Someone who is nice and funny and sweet... Ah, someone who can keep up with me both physically and mentally." Ivan blushed again, feeling like such a girl. "I want someone who likes to cuddle. B-But as for physical traits, I like if they are in shape and cute. A-And... blue eyes have always been a weak spot for me." He fidgeted. "T-That's part of the reason why I like Liya so much. She had the prettiest blue eyes...
"B-But... I..." Ivan paused, eyes glancing down at his lap, face gripping a melancholic expression. "...the most important factor is, I guess... that, um..."
