"Yeah, well you better not cling to me when you get too scared." Ivan shook his head, then slapped his shoulder as a mosquito landed on it. He flinched though, from the burn, biting back a little yelp of pain.

Francis groaned, "Oh dieu.... do we have too?" Maybe he should have let someone else go with Aleks to go explore the forest for fresh water.

Alfred pouted. "I won't get scared! I bet you'll get scared..." He grinned as Russia slapped himself right over his bright red sunburn, though he refrained from commenting this time.

He rolled his eyes, wiping his hand on the grass, but frowned when he saw tiny pinpricks of blood bead up on his shoulder from where he slapped it. "I don't get scared."

"Oh come on. I doubt anything's gonna attack us, we won't go too far in." Roll his eyes, tightening his grip on the handle of his knife. Why was Francis so scared?

Deciding, that her imagination was only playing a trick on her, Luise ignored the sound from before. It was now important to find some kind of shelter and clear water. Food could wait till later, she wasn't exactly on the edge of starving.

The blonde crossed her arms and rubbed up and down with her hands, still a bit cold from the unwanted bath from before. The sun was still high, so there shouldn't be any problem to get dry in a few hours.

Coming closer to the tropical flora, she fastly noticed, that it wasn't too hard to get through it. She thought that she would at least need a knife sooner or later to defeat this kind of jungle, but it was a nice suprise that she was wrong.

Futhermore, some of the others would be able to get more into the heart of the island too without problems, so they would probably meet somewhere - right?

"Fine, fine. Let's just go in and find the water already..." his mouth seemed to get drier just saying those few words. He needed a nice, cool drink of water as soon as possible. Hopefully they would be able to find some before he got too dehydrated.

He nods at France and then turns, going into the jungle until he can barely hear the waves. Wordlessly he unsheathes his knife, carving a notch on a nearby tree, pointing towards where they came from. "To make sure we don't get lost," he commented, in way of explanation. "Look for a steep slope, it would be easiest to hear a waterfall, if there is one."

She nods quickly and picks up a bundle of wood as she started walking towards the direction they came.

"Right....." he mumbled, as he followed closely behind checking back on Matthew. The roots and uneven ground made it easy for someone to lose their footing. And the branches, and vines that hung low made it hard to walk through, occasionally tearing into the Frenchman's clothing.

Lalala makes his way across the forest floor, occasionally marking the trees they go by, until he starts to hear the sound of rushing water. "...I think I hear something... listen.." Glances back at France, smiling a little in excitement. His throat was parched from the trek.

Francis pauses, trying to hear what Aleks had heard. Then he heard it, "Water! That is water non?" he said excitedly.

He nods shortly, motioning for the other to quiet down again. After a moment of silence, he whispers softly yet urgently; 'What direction do you think it's coming from?"

Francis tried hard to listen to where the promising sound of water could be coming from. "I'm not sure... our right maybe?"

Nods, agreeing. "Let's try that way." Slowly creeps forward, making as little noise as possible, the sound of gurgling water seems to get louder.
