((Late reply is late, I am sorry OTL One question, I don't really get how the first sentence is meant. Like in, someone gave her a list with things to get for herself, or to get for the person in question?))

((I'm sorry U.U;
My English failed this time... Alice tried to say: to get things for Luise and for another person (someone related with Luise).
Look: I'm from Ecuador, I "practice" my English here and sometimes I make grammatical mistakes. Again, I'm sorry...))

((Thank you for the explanation. I'm not a native speaker myself, so don't worry, there is no need to excuse yourself. Your english is 99% understandable from what I can tell. The 1% is that percent that only a few people who are not born in an english speaking country can master, so don't worry <3))

"Uh... No, no one did this till now." she answered a bit hesitating.
She notice the weird look Alice was giving her, and thought about other similar events.
"At least she wasn't trying to bury me under loads and loads of... Vulgar clothing like another certain person."

The blonde coughed, thinking of the few times she actually agreed on getting new clothing with her so said political wife, Francoise*. On the outside, she seemed way more tame than her male counterpart, but in the right situation the two would act like they would share a brain, one hemesphere for everyone.

A soft blush spreaded across her cheeks, trying to push out the exact details of these happenings outta her mind.

((*And I'll just go with this name for now, since we don't have one here at the forum ;A;))

There were no futher questions about her statement. Well, maybe it was best that way. Some things that happen in Paris should just stay in Paris.

Now that shop looked expensive.
"Are you sure that this is... In a normal price range?"

"Uhm..." She reminded there were renamed clothing trademarks and some pieces were expenssive. "I changed my mind... that may not be the right place to get in..."

She was thinking about Luise's budget, but, it is not polite asking to another person about money, so, she thought in another store...

"We can go to 'Dahlia' or 'Traffic People' or 'Fornarina'... All have great clothes and I think 'Traffic People' has sale 50% off."

Still not sure about wether it was an option to even look there for something suitable or not, she just nodded. Even if she wouldn't buy anything - not that she planned it - it was a good way to spent the time here on the emerald island without boring the other one.

"Y-you know, it's not like I couldn't buy my clothing there... But I am pretty sure that it isn't very useful to wear casually, so it just... Doesn't make sense to me to spend such a big amount of money for it."

Luise couldn't even start to imagine why other females spent so much finances and time on their outfits. Fancy dresses, high heels... Nothing about that made sense to her.

Alice was started to think Luise didn't have real interest about fashion or any feminine stuff, so, she decided to take a risk with her next suggestion.

"Well, we can go to a flea market, on Soho... Sometimes, I've found good casual clothes there..."

She was sure that was their last option.

A... Street market? Well, that sounded nice. The last time she was at such a place, she was impressed at the big selection they had. And fake or not, the accesoires and the clothing looked great. Futhermore, they had really specific unisizes, so she wouldn't need to try on every single piece...

"Then let's have a look there, if it isn't too much of a bother for you. How long would we need to walk?"

Of course, it wasn't in her interest to cause the british girl troubles with her somewhat special attitude towards these things. If it was a too big distance, she would just try the other shops mentioned. And it wouldn't hurt anyone if she had one poshy dress in her wardrobe.

"I'm fine, Luise. Don't worry. Oh, it's not far... Two, three block of here..."

Then, she looked at her cellphone. Flea market would be opened three, four hours more. And she smiled. They still had time.

Luise nodded.
"Then let's go, as long as the weather stays a bit stabile." she answered, looking cautiously up into the grey, clouded sky.

With that, she began to move. But surely, they would have a lot of sparetime left afterwards.
"By the way Alice." The german started. "Since there is nothing other planned for today yet, we should think about the rest of the afternoon and evening."

"I was thinking about going to a pub here, in Soho, tonight... But, before that we can go to visit some touristic places, like 'Big Ben'... or cycling on London bridge..."

((Someone tells me tourists rent bikes for crossing London bridge...))

((Yeah, in most european capitals/tourist magnets, bikes are a somewhat big deal since a few years. Like renting electic cars and that stuff.))

"So, according to your statement, the plan for today is..."
Luise paused. When had she arrived again?
"For now, going to the market in Soho, then we go to the Big Ben, or better the Palace of Westminster and cycle back over the London Bridge to Southwark and back to Soho...?"
She tilted her head.
"Wouldn't that be a little... Detour in the end?"

"mmm... Well, yes... You're right... I'm just wondering what we can do... I am so unaccustomed to visits that did not I think you could want take a walk around the city."
Alice felt ashamed for pass out those details.
"But, I can fix this... Come with me first to Soho and I'm going to plan our itinerary better, okay?"

Watching the passing people she raised an eyebrow.
"Take your time and don't push yourself too hard for me.", Luise mumbled.
"You know, we can still just go to your place and get some rest."

"As you wish..."
Luise continued to look around, a bit unsure about what to do now.
After all she was still the guest, and she should just follow Alice whereever she would go now.
